This Giving Tuesday, we hope you’ll join us on Give with Bing to come together and make our biggest impact yet!
For those who are not yet familiar with it, Give with Bing is an extension of Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft Rewards lets you earn points simply by searching on Microsoft Bing, and Give with Bing lets you automatically designate those points for donation to causes you care about. Simply sign in or join here, set the nonprofit you’d like your points to automatically be donated to, and search on Microsoft Bing so you can make a difference without opening your wallet! If you’re an existing user you can visit the same link to see your total giving impact to date, as well as to change your default nonprofit if you find a different cause nearer to your heart.
Our goal with Give with Bing is to empower our users to make a difference themselves, and you have, with just a small change to something you do every day adding up to something meaningful. Thanks to you, we have succeeded; to date Give with Bing has been a part of member-driven donations to over 36,000 nonprofits in eight countries worldwide! These donations have already driven great impact in thousands of nonprofits around the world.
For example, Rewards donations to Girls Who Code have supported 83 clubs for an entire school year. These donations have and will help inspire, educate, and equip an entire Club with the computing skills needed to pursue 21st century opportunities.
Additionally, Rewards donations to 4-H will help deliver hands-on programming for all youth, like STEM Challenge kits for underserved kids. These learning opportunities help kids to develop the skills they need to create positive change in their lives and communities.
We couldn’t have done this without you. Thanks a million for your support, and we look forward to continuing to bring you the search engine that gives back!
